Name Illustration

For this project the subject was all about me which I displayed through the icons that I sketched. I am very proud of how they turned out as they took me a very long time because I am not very experienced in sketching. Some of the goals that I had for this project were to work on repetition, balance, hierarchy and color. The color pallet that I chose very much represents my personality which I found was very fun to play with. I am so happy with the way that the hummingbird turned out and that it is the main thing that I want people to see when they look at my work. The writing of my name with the beak was inspired by one of my friends who is a graphic designer as I have seen some of her work and absolutely love it. Overall, I am very happy with how this project turned out and so excited to start my next project!
