Abbey Van Middlesworth

The concert poster project was a really fun one to do as you had free reign of the things that you could do with the prompt. This project I focused on hierarchy, style and color. I feel that I did a good job of really embracing these elements of graphic design and it is definitely becoming more of a habit to look at those things when designing.  My inspiration for this project comes from Mr. Saito as Wynton Marsalis is his model sound and he absolutely loves listening to him play. He has instilled his love for music in me and the love for Wynton Marsalis's playing as well. Overall I feel that both the concert flyer and poster  turned out very well and I am happy with both
